  1. Welcome to Diamond Caves V1.8!

  3. Most of all this is a bugfix for V1.7.
  4.  
  5. Changes:
  6. - PAL-mode now runs flickerfree due to VBI-timing
  7. - Interlace-modes and DBL-modes are now both supported correctly
  8. - some minor internal optimizations
  9. - no more probles with keyboard delay in the game
  10.

  12. There are other new versions out:

  14. DiamondEdit1.2 :
  15. - fixed small bug in Emerald Mine Level Import
  16. - mousepointer is no longer visible while testing
  17.  
  18. DiamondPrefs1.2 :
  19. - you're now able to choose between VBI-timing and timer.device
  20.   (this is for expert users only, the program will automatically
  21.    adust to your system configuration)
  22. - fixed small bug in preferences-loading
  23. - window now fits on a 640x200 screen
  24.  
  25. Remember that you need a registered version of Diamond Caves to run the
  26. Diamond Tools without limits.
